Making An Appointment
Patients are seen on an appointment basis unless it is an emergency. Our
reception staff will be happy to assist you during regular business hours.
After hours, you may leave a message with our answering service, and someone
will return your call. You may also fax a request for an appointment to
our office and someone will contact you. Our fax number is 563-582-5909.
You may also request an appointment via e-mail. Our e-mail address is
contact@westsideorthopaedics.com. No referral is necessary
unless your insurance requires one. Please check with your insurance company
if a referral is needed.

Westside has contracts with several insurance plans. Those plans include

Choice. We can also see patients with other insurance excluding HMOs.
Check your policy for the need for a referral.
Work Related Injuries
At Westside, we pride ourselves in providing excellent care along with
communication that works for everyone. Our Occupational Health Coordinator,
Sue Gaul, provides the link between doctor, patient, employer and insurance
company.
